1. WARRANTY STATEMENT

Pirelli Tyre Care Warranty, offered by Kim Hoe & Co Pte Ltd (Kim Hoe) is a value-added warranty program which offers customers all-round coverage and a worry-free driving experience.

With Pirelli Tyre Care Warranty, Porsche Club Singapore (PCS) members who purchase 4 Pirelli car tyres (all models and sizes) from the authorised dealer, Kim Hoe during the promotional period can enjoy extra protection with a one-to-one tyre exchange against road hazard damage which renders tyres beyond a repairable condition. This coverage applies under normal driving conditions on a maintained road in Singapore, and this warranty is only applicable for Pirelli car tyres installed on Porsche cars.

2. POINTS OF COVERAGE

Kim Hoe provides a replacement for Pirelli car tyres (all models and sizes) that are beyond repair due to road hazard damages, provided the tyre’s original tread depth has more than 6.0mm and/or within 6 months from the date of purchase (whichever comes first).

These road hazard damages include:

• Punctures
• Cuts
• Damage due to sudden impact

The damage must be attained during a normal course of driving on a maintained road in Singapore. Kim Hoe will compensate for the tyres which meet the conditions for warranty claim, following assessment by an Authorised Technical Associate from Kim Hoe.

3. EXCLUSIONS

Tyres from the following categories will not be considered valid for, or covered under the warranty:

• Tyres used for the wrong type of vehicle (misapplication)
• Tyres with uneven wear due to mechanical issues of vehicle
• Tyres used on vehicles for commercial purposes or public utility (e.g., taxi and car rental services)
• Tyres used for track or racing activities
• Tyres that are damaged due to road accidents
• Tyres that have been previously repaired by other dealers other than Kim Hoe
• Driving under the influence of alcohol
• Racing tyres & AT/MT for off-road use
• Replacement tyres that were exchanged under the Pirelli Tyre Care Warranty will not be eligible for further coverage under this warranty

4. WARRANTY REGISTRATION PROCESS

PCS members who purchase Pirelli tyres from Kim Hoe will have to activate their warranty within 5 days from the date of installation by registering at kimhoeco.com/pirelli-tyre-care-warranty to be eligible for the warranty.

The following information will be required at the point of registration:

• Customer name
• Email address
• Contact number
• PCS membership number
• Car information (car model, car plate number, and mileage)
• Tyre information (tyre model, tyre size, and warranty card serial number)

5. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

PCS members are required to present their damaged applicable Pirelli tyre(s) and original copy of Proof of Purchase (sales invoice/official receipt) and warranty card at Kim Hoe.

Tyres will only be considered under warranty due to road hazard damages, and if they fall within a duration of use. The damage will be assessed by an authorised Technical Associate from Kim Hoe. Tampering with the product will render the warranty void (e.g., tampered serial number, ply rating, size of tyre, etc.). Additionally, the tyres must remain mounted on the same vehicle with the original license plate they were installed on.

All other related charges of towing, installing, balancing, and alignment of the replacement tyre, whether the tyre is repairable or unrepairable, shall be the responsibility of the customer.

In the event of stock unavailability for replacement, Kim Hoe will compensate with an equivalent range of Pirelli tyres at a value equal to the original purchase price, using the invoice price as reference. Any additional costs exceeding this amount shall be borne by the customer.

All replaced tyres shall be surrendered to Kim Hoe and will be considered property of Kim Hoe. Tyre damage analysis and assigned credit value determined by Kim Hoe remain final.

In the event the tyre is found to be neither defective nor damaged due to road hazard: The tyre will be returned to the customer and a formal explanation by the Kim Hoe Technical Associate will be provided.

Kim Hoe reserves the right to change, amend, modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate all or any part of Pirelli Tyre Care Warranty at any time without prior notice.
